The ceiling mounted extractor fan is distinguishing feature is a more enclosed air intake.
The applied ball bearings significantly extend fan’s vitality (up to 30 000 hours) and simultaneously reduce electricity consumption.

Timer – The device is switched off with a regulated delay (from 3 to 30 minutes)

Motion sensor - the exhaust fans permanently supplied with power are switched on when motion in a room is detected.
They are switched off with a regulated delay from 3 to 30 minutes.
The motion sensor regulation is supported by a diode (green) placed near a potentiometer that defines
the sensitivity of the motion detector.
